Annie McQuilken, MS, CFP® is the founder and president of Kintyre Financial Advisors, and a Certified Financial Planner. Annie earned her bachelor's degree with distinction from Swarthmore College, earning membership in both Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi. She received her Master's of Science degree in Financial Planning from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. Annie is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and a Registered Invesment Advisor with the State of Massachusetts. Annie has over 19 years experience in financial management, counseling, and education.
Annie writes a regular column, ~The Efficient Planner~, for the NAPFA Advisor, a professional publication distributed to over 1,000 members and affiliates of NAPFA. In addition, Annie regularly presents at regional and national conferences.
Annie is an active member of the Lexington Democratic Town Committee, Pilgrim Congregational Church, the Lexington Special Education Parents Advisory Committee, and Lexington CARES. She resides in Lexington with her husband and their elementary to college-aged daughters.

Gail McElhinney helps business owners meet the financial, accounting and tax challenges of running a small to medium size business. She provides clients with a wide range of services to meet their individual needs, including full service Bookkeeping, Payroll and Tax Preparation.
McElhinney supports many types of business - startups & home based, sole proprietors & mid-sized businesses. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Gail spent more than 30 years in various management positions in software, retail, legal, services and consulting industries. In addition to her strong accounting background, she has also managed human resources, tax and administration.
McElhinney holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Emmanuel College, Advance Accounting Courses from Bentley College and is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and Trainer.

As a strategist and planner for small businesses, Joyce Harty offers the skills of the traditional CFO/COO in helping people to launch, streamline and expand their businesses. Joyce graduated from Tufts University and studied financial management at Boston College, before moving into the world of high-tech start-ups. Joyce has a wealth of experience in the areas of Organization, Policies and Procedures, Systems Planning, and Valuation. Since then she has had senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, liaising with investors, directors, auditors, attorneys, commercial banks and industry analysts. She has been instrumental in implementing financial and information systems, Human Resource Policies and plans, and merger/acquisition integration.
